I was born in Rome, Italy, and I grew up professionally all around the world. I’ve lost count of the flights and hours spent on airplanes visiting countries on every continent. A part of me, both professionally and personally, is deeply connected to the United States.

I put my expertise in futures studies at the service of major companies and organizations that need to make long-term decisions. I am a partner at Longviews, a globally prestigious consulting firm for everything related to defense and security. I served as the lead advisor for strategic foresight and futures studies in support of the leadership of the United States Space Force, NATO, and the Italian Government. I was appointed to one of UNESCO’s 30 Chairs worldwide in futures studies and foresight.
I am also the author of “HR Futures 2030: A Design for Future-Ready Human Resources” (Routledge, 2021) and the “Handbook of Foresight, Strategy, and Futures Studies for Defense and Security” (Springer, forthcoming in 2025). In an advisory role, I have collaborated with the Italian, Swiss, and French governments, as well as private companies such as Meta, Renault, Firmenich, atelier oï, and Leonardo.
